Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute an innovative menu that reflects the hotel’s brand and enhances the guest
dining experience.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of SSCE or diploma in a related field.
Must have at least 5 years experience as a chef in a 4-star hotel or restaurant.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to prepare both local and continental dishes.
