Job Summary: As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations at this thriving food and beverage brand, including finance, HR, and guest services, while driving sales initiatives and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This leadership role requires strategic vision and strong financial acumen to enhance business performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all areas of the business, including food and beverage operations, HR, finance, guest services
• Implement operational systems and processes to enhance management reporting and business flow
• Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets and grow market presence for both the food and beverage divisions
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and deliver a high-quality guest experience
• Lead financial management including budgeting, cost control, working capital management, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, customers, and employees
• Manage staff training and performance evaluations to uphold cutting-edge service standards
Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in financial management and sales, particularly in the food and beverage sector
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at managing operational and financial functions
• Familiarity with local markets and the ability to network effectively to drive sales
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the flexibility to handle various situations and scenarios
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial statements and recommend profitability strategies
