We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist in recruitment activities, and coordinate training programmes in Kumasi. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to the HR department by managing files, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring proper record keeping of HR documents.
Coordinate and oversee all training programmes in Kumasi, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials and ensuring smooth execution.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by assisting with orientation programmes, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring they have the required resources to start their roles.
Assist in organising company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, providing necessary support or directing them to the appropriate person for assistance.
Perform any other HR and office-related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
