Our client, a multinational company in the country’s agricultural sector, seeks a highly skilled and
experienced Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
agricultural machinery engineering, automotive repair, and welding. This role is crucial in ensuring
the optimal performance and longevity of our fleet of tractors and other farm equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Maintenance, replacement, and repair of damaged parts of our tractors and equipment
 Set up and organisation of the warehouse and workshop
 Performance of routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and filter
replacements on tractors, combined harvesters, and other farm equipment
 Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems in farm equipment
 Inspection of equipment for safety risks and the taking of corrective measures to address and
prevent the risks from happening
 Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures
 Keeping accurate records of parts usage and maintenance history
 Training and supervision of staff to ensure the effective discharge of their duties
 Formulation and implementation of safety policies for the guidance of all mechanical staff

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
 Proven experience as a professional mechanic
 Familiarity with electronic systems integrated into tractors
 Possession of a valid driver’s license
 Proficiency in written and spoken English
 Availability to work on weekends when necessary

BENEFITS:
Salary: Earn a salary between GHS3,500.00 and GHS 6,000 based on experience and qualifications.
