Our client, a vibrant hospitality brand in Accra, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Events Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and client relationship management within the hospitality or related sectors. This role is key to driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting the company’s expansion objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and drive growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
• Manage client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
• Analyse data to support informed decision-making.
• Work closely with operations to improve offerings based on client feedback.
• Coordinate between reservations, events, and operations teams.
• Support team development by sharing best practices in sales and customer engagement.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within Hospitality, F&B, or Banking.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
