We are urgently seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Managers to join the Corporate Banking team of our client. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our corporate client portfolio, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their banking needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments for new and existing client
• Prepare and present credit proposals and reports to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients
• Achieve individual and team targets for revenue growth, client acquisition, and portfolio management
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within corporate banking
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse financial statements and assess credit risk
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
