Our client, a multinational company in the country’s agricultural sector, seeks a skilled and
experienced Tractor Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of agricultural practices and the ability to operate various types of tractors and
farm equipment safely, effectively, and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm machinery to perform tasks such as
ploughing, planting, harvesting, and transporting crops.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures in the operation of the tractors and farm
equipment
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Diploma in Agricultural Science
A minimum of 1-year experience as a tractor operator
A proven experience in the management and driving of agricultural vehicles
Experience on a farm will be an added advantage
Good communication skills and the ability to read and write
Openness to learning new technology
Willingness to relocate close to the company
BENEFITS:
Salary: Earn a salary of GHS900.00 per month
Employee Benefits: Food allowance and additional training will be provided.
