Our client, a multinational company in the country’s agricultural sector, seeks a skilled and
experienced Tractor Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of agricultural practices and the ability to operate various types of tractors and
farm equipment safely, effectively, and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Operate tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm machinery to perform tasks such as
ploughing, planting, harvesting, and transporting crops.
 Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
 Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures in the operation of the tractors and farm
equipment

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
 A minimum of a Diploma in Agricultural Science
 A minimum of 1-year experience as a tractor operator
 A proven experience in the management and driving of agricultural vehicles
 Experience on a farm will be an added advantage
 Good communication skills and the ability to read and write
 Openness to learning new technology
 Willingness to relocate close to the company

BENEFITS:
Salary: Earn a salary of GHS900.00 per month
