Our client, the largest supplier of feed to the leading poultry farms in Ghana, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the HR function, with a special focus on talent acquisition and management, and employee learning and development. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency in HR operations, attract top talent, foster a strong talent pipeline, and implement development programmes to upskill the workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage talent acquisition and management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
• Design and implement employee learning and development programmes to upskill the workforce
• Drive efficiency in daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with data privacy regulations
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate interviews and selection
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with regulations
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, or learning and development
• Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently and to drive initiatives that improve talent acquisition and employee retention
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the labour law and all HR functions (such as recruitment and selection, industrial relations, attendance management)
• Operational excellence in HR functions
• Talent acquisition and pipeline management
